Our regular service area includes a 35 mile radius from Petoskey, Michigan. We are happy to accommodate guests outside of our service area for an additional fee. Please email us with the details of your request and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Yes, we have a two hour minimum booking requirement.

Our bookings are based on five rider occupancy. This really is the optimal number for the best experience as it is the maximum capacity the L-shaped bench in the rear of the bus can hold. It is possible to seat an additional two guests in the front of the bus, but please note these riders might end up hearing our driver sing, make a bad joke, or talk your ear off about how much they love living in Northern Michigan. If any one or two additional riders will be joining us up front, there are no additional fees, but please do make a note of this in your booking. Passengers riding in the front of the vehicle with the driver are prohibited from consuming alcohol on board.

Either-or! As up north aficionados, we're happy to make recommendations based on your preferences to create your perfect up north day.

The possibilities are truly endless. We are creative, happy to help people and want to work with your vision. A bridal brunch, a golden anniversary, a ride while watching the entire Taylor Swift Eras Tour, a holiday lights tour, a drive to Detroit for a Lions game and back, a sweet 16th birthday... we got you. Just send us over an email and we will work to make your dream a reality.

We currently operate with just one bus. She's crystal blue, and she's gorgeous. We very much hope to scale as quickly as possible and would love your input on what colors to add to our garage next!

Your group, your playlist, your valid ID, a mix of cards and cash, any snacks or drinks you'd like to enjoy while on board the bus (cooler provided), layered clothing for changing weather (heat and AC provided), sunglasses, smiles, car sick solutions as needed, good energy. We're also happy to pick you up stocked & ready to go - just make a note on your booking and we will quote you.

You can make a request and if your preferred driver is available, we will be happy to staff your ride accordingly. If you want to guarantee you have your preferred driver, please check availability prior to booking.

Anything your group participates in at the stops we make will incur additional costs but as far as the rental of the bus goes, our pricing is all inclusive. In the event you feel compelled to tip our drivers, we will graciously accept your generosity.

Our rides cannot be refunded but they can certainly be rebooked! Please make all changes no more than 48 hours in advance so we can make sure that we are staffed and prepared to give you the best experience. Of course, in the event we must cancel your ride, we will act with the highest integrity and refund your payment promptly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings are final. We are happy to reschedule your ride if possible. All changes need to be made no less than 48 hours in advance of your ride. In the unfortunate event we need to cancel your ride, you would then be refunded 100%.

All rides booked must be completed by no later than 12 AM on weekdays or 1 AM on Friday and Saturday nights. If the end of your booking would fall outside of these service hours, you will be contacted to modify your itinerary.

For our safety and yours, we reserve the right to use a dash camera both inside and outside the vehicle.

For any excessive mess inflicted on the vehicle, we are authorized to subject the card on file to a $250 cleaning fee.

No smoking or vaping in the bus.

Riders of legal drinking age riding in the rear of the vehicle are invited to drink responsibly while riding. The driver reserves the right to revoke this if overconsumption is happening by one or more riders. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by your group and are not available for purchase.

No harassment of our drivers will be tolerated. Any inappropriate behavior invokes a right to refuse further service.

Please be respectful of the timeline your driver is responsible for keeping and the experience he/she is committed to providing.

We're here to give you a great experience, but we are by no means going to facilitate unsafe or illegal behavior.

This is a recreational vehicle that is meant to be part of a fun but safe experience for the riders and drivers alike. We are only going to offer services when we can guarantee safety. Especially for services like airport transfer, every effort will be made to provide your transportation, but our drivers ultimately reserve the right to cancel bookings due to extremely harsh weather forecasts (heavy snowfall, white out conditions, etc.)

We consider Tunnel of Trees/M119 a seasonal road and will not provide services on it from first to last snowfall each year.
